The tourism industry also has a large presence in the city of San Antonio. San Antonio, Texas is the home of the Alamo, the River Walk, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, SeaWorld San Antonio, and one of the most successful teams in the history of the NBA, the San Antonio Spurs. Overall, the city is visited by more than 20 million tourists annually, encouraging a thriving tourism industry and accounting for a large percentage of the revenue injected into
the local economy. A number of national companies are also headquartered in the city, employing more of the residents of San Antonio and giving the city a bright future of great economic development.

There are many historic, shopping, and entertainment districts located in Downtown San Antonio. Each district is the home of distinct neighborhoods and local attractions.
