If you're a Realtor®, you obviously know how much work goes into
CMAs (Comparable Market Analysis),
and how important it is to help your buyers understand what
homes are worth. Unfortunately, no matter how well you explain your research
and no matter how much research you do, many buyers still want to know as much
as possible about the market, and more importantly about what the home they are
thinking about buying might be worth. (And since it's their money, and not yours,
that will be spent every month on the mortgage payment, you can't blame them.)
Sometimes, you can research until you're blue in the face, and it still won't
be enough to make your buyer comfortable.
