Thanks for the wonderful feedback Erica! The funny thing is -- It doesn't cost you a dime to use our services to help you buy a home. Even though we would represent you exclusively and fight to get you the best home for the best price, we are paid by the listing agent out of his/her commission.

I enjoyed the "Loans 101" teleconference last night. I already know a lot about mortgages, but you shared a lot of valuable information I was not aware of. The section on yield spread premiums, was especially insightful.

About Teleconferences

Homefinder University is conducted in a teleconference format because participants can join in from across the country rather than having to attend a physical event at a hotel or conference room. Teleconferences provide a non-intimidating environment so you can ask questions you might not have been comfortable asking in a public forum. (Of course you can simply listen in as a fly on the wall if that works best for you.)

Cost

There is no cost for this service other than the long distance charge to call the (641) area code -- where the conferencing service is located -- which happens to be Iowa.

The information presented was in-depth and yet easy to understand. Great!
