Spring Festivals in Colorado - Not to be Missed!

One of the best things about springtime in Colorado is participating in all the fun family events that are hosted across the state. Each year right around this time, Colorado residents start planning their calendars to save the date for some of our area's most popular events.  Whether it is the Bolder Boulder, Greeley Stampede, Capitol Hill People's Fair, or the Colorado Renaissance Festival, you can be sure that each event you attend will be loaded with fun things for whole family to do!  Here is a list of some of the Front Range’s most happening spring events.

Cinco de Mayo Festival and Parade in Denver at Civic Center ParkMay 4-5, 2013

25th Annual Cinco de Mayo Festival and Parade in Denver at Civic Center Park.  This event is the largest 2 day Cinco de Mayo celebration in the nation!!!!  Come and explore Mexican culture, arts and crafts, Mariachi bands, colorfully costumed Aztec and Folklorico dancers, and tons of Latino entertainment! Wild Wild West FestMay 17-19, 2013

Wild Wild West Festival in Pueblo at the Colorado State Fairgrounds and in the Union Avenue Historic District.  This event features concerts, carnival rides, street vendors, team roping contests, and the hugely popular duck race! 15th Annual Downtown Denver Arts Festival at the Performing Arts Center. This event is dedicated to supporting local artists while it also includes a select few national artists. Boulder Creek FestivalMay 25-27, 2013

Boulder Creek Festival in Downtown Boulder, along the Boulder Creek. This insanely popular festival is free and actually features 9 different events.  Browse the booths of some 500 vendors who showcase everything from community arts and crafts to alternative health options.  There will be tons of live stage performances, carnival rides, and food and beverage vendors.
