February closed out strong for almost all of Denver's statistical areas. Listed below are the total market highlights for both residential and condo properties. The charts at the bottom of the page represent Douglas County West, Douglas Highland Ranch Lone Tree, and the Jefferson County Central areas. In all three sample areas there was a significant increase in total closed sales for February 2013 over the previous year. In addition a drastic decrease in the absorption rate can also be seen.
